Training:
Walked around the Lake Mosvannet one round (3070m): time 25:03,9 (in rain)
Push-Ups: 12 Sit-Ups: 2x12
Total Value of Training: total 30+ minutes

Food:
Had no breakfast, but beef-stu for lunch, + a rice pudding later. Had wok with chickenmeat+frozen vegitables, then unfortunately a package with biscuts later :( (sorry)

Comments:
Woke up medium late after going to bed a little late, got to work around 0900.

Food:
Had no breakfast, but chicken and beans for lunch, + a rice pudding later. Planned a good dinner , but ending up lazy with biscuts :( (sorry)

Comments:
Woke up medium late after going to bed a little late, got to work around 0900.

Food:
Had biscut for breakfast and salad for lunch, and repeated a good dinner of Thai vegitable "Morning Glory" + 3 hot dogs. Morning Glory taste wonderful with fried onion, oyster souce, pepper and chilli.

Comments:
Woke up medium early after going to bed medium early, got to work around 0825.

Food:
No breakfast or lunch, as I was in a bad/sorry mood, but made a good dinner of Thai vegitable "Morning Glory" + 2 hot dogs + some biscuts in between. Morning Glory taste wonderful with fried onion, oyster souce and chilli.

Walked around and back from city to home after the match: total 30 + minutes

Food:
Not to much , and had 2 beers on the boat to the Vikingmatch + a chiliHotDog + some crisps at the stadium. Planned to buy suchi on my way home, but it was to long to wait.. ended up with some biscuts in stead.

Comments:
Woke up early after going to bed early, but stayed long in bed. Had a "not good mood day". Went tobed ok early.

Training and weight blog

Since I normally don't use the test blog for anything special, I figure I could register my "training back to shape" here, for some + me self to see... :-)

25.7 I was 103,4 kg, and 110,0 cm in max-waist

28.7 I was 102,6 kg, and 109,5 cm in max-waist
29.7 I was 102,4 kg, and 109,5 cm in max-waist
30.7 I was 101,6 kg, and 109,5 cm in max-waist
31.7 I was 101,6 kg, and 109,0 cm in max-waist
1.8 I was 101,8 kg, and 109,0 cm in max-waist

Plan is to train minimum 3 km walk/run / 10 km biking / 45 min dancing / 30 min excercise everyday, and get an average of 1 hour a day during august....

I want to loose about a kg ( /cm ) a week, starting from the 101,8 on wedn. 1st of august.

so my plan is to write every day, - what I did...

About John Viking shirt :-)

I was in puzzle than the XXL / X2L shirt had uk size 46in and XL has uk size 42in , and both felt quite big to me... ( i'm 101 kg)

so I talked with the Vikingshop, and I will return there on Monday/Tuesday ( Uwe dont return from vacation to sign them untill next weekend anyway, and the shop only need 15-20 minutes to get the shirt named. )

so you need to decide between 42in and 46in ( me selv I would have taken 42 in or 38 in I guess, but you might be bigger than me... ? ( I dont know your real size) )

also about the signing, the (dark -) blue colour of Vikings home suit is quite dark for signing on the shirt it self, - so most Vikingfans get the players to sign on the white ads in front ( Lyse = the local power/energy/electrisity-company (name lyse comes from the local and wild/dramatic Lyse fjord that runs in the country from Stavangers coast (the fjord also include the migthy Pulpilt Rock , and Kjerag. )) But of course its possible to sign over the club flag/chrest on the blue colour as well, but the black pen migth not show that easy in distance.




anouther choice is to buy the white away/back-up shirt - where the black pen will show easy - but its not really Vikings colour ;-) , and not so cool... I see the awayshirts they used so far this year has been all white, and not with the blue on the side, - the Vikingshop will check for me on monday if this is the new one that they will use.. BUT awayshirts in norway is only used then the hometeam/oppusite team they play against is in a dark colour... so then they play against the red team Brann away, they will play in blue, and not in white... only then the other home team is in blue/black/brow/freen will they play in white...
